We want you to love your Dock Days coffee. While we take great care in every order, we know that mistakes can happen—and when they do, we’ll work with you to make it right.
If you receive the wrong item, your order arrives damaged, or something just isn’t right, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can help quickly.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept traditional returns on opened items. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another fair solution.
